We are currently looking for an entry-level restoration carpenter with none or limited experience who is looking to learn and develop their skill level and value.
Job Responsibilities:- Take direction from a lead on the job site and perform tasks efficiently
- Keep job site clean and organized
- Develop finish skills - drywall, painting, trim work
- Develop general construction skills
- Exhibit a teachable attitude
- Opportunity to respond to on-call emergencies from time to time as directed by service manager
- Interest in learning more about drying science
Qualifications:- Prefer 1-2 years in general construction or trades experience, but not required
- Must have valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Must have demonstrated ability to read, write and communicate
- Ability to interact well with co-workers, residents and vendors
- Open to occasional after-hours emergency response work
Pay and Hours:
$16-18/hr based upon experience
Expected - 40-45 hours per week
