Job Summary
For our US HQ in Great Neck, we are looking to hire a Payroll Analyst to process payroll and maintain the employee database regarding salary and pay. The candidate will also ensure accuracy and timely completion of all commission processing and play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the company, interacting daily with vendors, staff and the Finance, HR and Commercial team.

The ideal candidate is Payroll professional with corporate experience in finance operations; someone with a builder mindset, strong detail orientation, excited by a project, ready to roll up their sleeves and wear many hats, and excited to make a high impact in a fast-growing organization.

Responsibilities
  • Check timesheets for accuracy for all employees in the US.
  • Review Fresh Service Employee ticketing and adjust pay for raises, bonuses and commissions.
  • Process Bi-weekly payroll for US employee with Insperity and Process 401K with Fidelity
  • Coordinate payment of international employees globally thru global payroll provider/Regional Controllers
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment for all employee and respond to all inquiries.
  • Process commission payments for sales teams based on sales compensation plans.
  • Address and resolve inquiries from sales personnel regarding commission payouts.
Key Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or accounting preferred
  • Experience working with accounting and payroll software
  • Strong knowledge of tax and wage laws
  • Good understanding of the common fiscal procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Details-oriented
Pay Range
$85,000.00   Annually to $85,000.00   Annually
