POSITION: Executive Assistant
LOCATION: Syracuse, NY
SUMMARY: Our client, a SaaS company providing solutions to the automotive industry, is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their growing team. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the organization’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and other senior staff. They will be primarily responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks and facilitating communication throughout the company. As an Executive Assistant, the ability to prioritize and execute tasks will be essential in contributing to the overall success of the organization.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documentation, reports, and presentations for executive meetings.
- Act as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders as needed, demonstrating professionalism and effective communication skills.
- Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making processes for the executive team.
- Organize and coordinate executive-level meetings, ensuring timely distribution of agendas, minutes, and relevant materials.
- Follow up on action items and deadlines resulting from meetings.
- Support the CEO in managing key projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and providing regular updates.
- Assist in time management for the CEO, optimizing productivity and ensuring key priorities are addressed in a timely manner.
- Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and executive retreats.
- Maintain confidentiality of work-related issues, records, and company information.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3 – 5 years’ proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
- Proficient in office software and communication tools.
- Full Time, 40-hours per week
- Hybrid work schedule – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000
