A premiere full-service HVAC company in the Middle Tennessee area is seeking a Service Dispatcher to join their team in Murfreesboro. This position plays a vital role in ensuring efficient and effective service delivery, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting the smooth operation of the HVAC service department.

Job Duties:

• Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed.
• Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in.
• Maintain the on-call schedule for service technicians.
• Maintain customer database with current information.
• Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees and company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times.
• Provide accounting with maintenance contract billing information. 
• Other office/clerical work as needed/time allows.

Requirements:

• Must be well versed in Mid Tennessee roadways and city locations.
• Experience as a dispatcher for a service-related company is required! (at least 1 year).
• Knowledge of HVAC industry is preferred.
• Customer service experience (at least 2 years).
• Sharp attention to detail, excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining an ‘I can attitude’.

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Occasional overtime

Pay:

$18.00+/hour depending on experience
