ABOUT THE POSITION
The Vice President Strategy deployment, support strategy development and program leadership (strategy execution) for initiatives that improve processes, systems, and overall performance. This role will also be accountable to develop and manage the business analytics capability needed to support the business strategy. This role is also responsible for strategic marketing with the objective to drive increased market share and profitability. The candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. They must have extensive experience in leading goal-oriented projects from definition to implementation in an international environment. They must be familiar with state-of-the-art project management methodologies and will be able to apply these to the company's projects within the company’s project management framework.
Deliverables & Responsibilities- Strategy development, deployment, and execution
- Strategic marketing strategy development, deployment, and execution
- Facilitate and guide strategy development and implementation processes and deliver convincing strategic arguments to the Executive Management Team.
- Support development of the five-year financial plan and maintain and update corresponding strategic initiatives.
- Identify, define, and promote (new) strategic initiatives to support achievement of growth ambitions and to optimize cost structures and asset utilization.
- Support and guide project teams conceptually and analytically in defining business models, business strategies and performance improvement programs and assure alignment with the Corporate Strategy and Mission Statement.
- Monitor and coordinate the activities of the project teams and manage existing project interfaces and dependencies.
- Engage with the strategic project manager on initiatives to ensure implementation planning and progress measures.
- Act as custodian of the strategic roadmaps for each of the functions – Sales, Service, Aftermarket, Product management and manufacturing.
- Counsel and lead the management team on strategic and organizational aspects.

To be successful in this role, your experience and competencies are:- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of business and/or strategy experience; demonstrated business acumen.
- 5+ Financial acumen and analytics experience; knowledge of data systems and visualization tools
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, strong executive presentation skills.
- Experience leading projects and driving change; experience with large transformation program preferred.
- Ability to attract, develop, and retain high potential, diverse talent.
