Your New Job
The Position- Crucial in supporting the sales organization and maximizing the effectiveness of sales efforts through data-driven insights and support of strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
  • Data Analysis - collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement (i.e. sales performance metrics, customer data, market trends, and competitor analysis) 
  • Sales Performance Monitoring - monitoring and reporting on sales performance against targets and KPIs. This includes tracking individual and team performance, pipeline management, and sales conversion rates. 
  • Sales Process Optimization - identifying inefficiencies in the sales process and recommending improvements to streamline workflows and increase productivity. This may involve refining sales processes and tools. 
  • Sales Enablement - supporting sales teams with the tools, resources, and training they need to succeed. This may include developing sales collateral, providing training, implementing sales process/tool enhancements, ad hoc analysis. 
  • CRM Administration - managing the organization's CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity. This includes auditing for completeness and accuracy and coaching for performance improvement.  
  • Sales Reporting and Analytics - generating regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, trends, and forecasts.  
  • Cross-functional Collaboration - collaborating with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to align sales initiatives with broader organizational goals. This may involve participating in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business growth. 
  • Process Documentation - documenting sales processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability. This includes developing sales playbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials. 
  • Continuous Improvement - proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing solutions to optimize sales operations.  
Required Skills & Qualifications:Anchor
  • Bachelors’ Degree (Business Management, Finance, or related discipline preferred).
  • 3+ years of related Sales operations experience.
  • Proven skills in sales processes, sales forecasting & funnel maintenance, and reporting.
  • Proven experience in Sales Operations and telecom industry.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work, prioritize multiple high importance responsibilities, and be effective in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Heavy MS Excel skills with proven experience as a power user (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, modeling, data analysis).
  • Well versed in MS Office Suite – Word, PPT, Excel.
