The Senior Regional Manager is responsible for ensuring the profitability of the centers within the assigned region by overseeing all aspects of day-to-day operations, including financial performance, service standards, team leadership and development, and adherence to policies and procedures. This position is at the forefront of our mission to deliver confidence to our guests through exceptional service, while leading with care and integrity. 

​​​​​The Senior Regional Manager might sometimes have Area or District Managers underneath them to help them manage their territories. Nonetheless, they are ultimately responsible for the centers’ performance, regardless if there is also an Area or District Manager overseeing the center. Regional Directors are expected to affect change and communicate at the Center Manager level. Schedule - onsite in Sacramento 4 days, work from home 1 day.

To be successful in the role, one must: 
• Be responsible for hitting revenue goals across all centers.
• Develop, implement, and oversee strategies to achieve sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), while providing support and training to Center Managers for effective strategy execution.
• Regularly monitor the achievement of KPIs to ensure targets are met.
• Guide Center Managers in creating robust business plans focused on boosting adjusted sales and increasing ticket counts, ensuring a direct impact on financial growth.
• Conduct comprehensive business reviews with Center Managers, offering strategic alignment and actionable directions to not only meet but exceed financial performance objectives.
• Proactive, ‘hands-on’ approach to aid Center Managers strategize and execute local marketing initiatives to increase guest volume
• Be responsible for hitting EBITDA goals across all centers by closely managing staffing, inventory and local area marketing costs relative to revenue generation.
• Perform daily/weekly appointment book audits to validate centers are appropriately staffed and scheduled, ensuring scheduled labor costs appropriately match expected revenue generation.
• Guide Center Managers to effectively control direct costs, ensuring optimum financial performance across all centers. 

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 5+ years supervisory experience, retail experience preferred
• 5+ years multi-unit management experience of 8+ locations.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage costs and drive profitability.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to serve as a role model for associates.
• Ability to motivate employees to excel in their roles.
• Ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships within a team.
• Proven experience in supervising and training staff effectively.
• Ability to manage people and proven experience in conflict resolution.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
