ABOUT THE POSITION
The marketing coordinator will assist in maintaining a consistent brand through website maintenance, PR, and marketing materials.

Key Deliverables
  • Develop strategic marketing and activities.
  • Implement marketing plans that include print, broadcast, and online content.
  • Create, maintain, and strength the organization’s overall brand through all media avenues.
  • Provide support with organizing trade show display and materials.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

Key Activities & Responsibilities
  • Communicate with trade publications regarding the placement of ads
  • Implement yearly media plan
  • Approve incoming invoices for ad placements
  • Media monitoring (save articles, research online mentions)
  • Safeguarding and monitoring the logo and its use through publications internal and external
  • Monthly analysis for website Google Analytics
  • Research competitors and provide analysis
  • Provide assistance in meeting planning and event coordination
  • Assist in working with customers to develop testimonials
  • Manage marketing material inventory and distribution
  • Maintain & organize graphic library
  • Assist with trade show planning
  • Order and organize trade show display and materials
  • Update and maintain promotional item database
  • Manage Employee, online and show apparel
  • Keep updated marketing materials available on the website
  • Assist with aspects of social media including but not limited to maintaining corporate Facebook, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn pages
To be successful in this role, your experience and competencies are:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, communication, or similar field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook and Adobe Creative Suite required.
  • Experience using social media outlets such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn is necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Mechanical aptitude is preferred as the ideal candidate will need to understand products and services.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details required.
