Mission Critical Partners is seeking a Public Safety Growth Executive to lead the business development of The Monitoring Association's (TMA) Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP). This role focuses on driving ASAP protocol adoption across the USA, building relationships with Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs), and positioning ASAP as the leading solution in public safety communications. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan targeting top PSAPs to drive ASAP protocol adoption.
- Present and participate in panels and boards, advocating for ASAP and public safety communications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at PSAPs to ensure successful implementations and high client satisfaction.
- Identify strategies to position ASAP as the premier solution for public safety communication, differentiating it from competitors.
- Form strategic alliances with technology providers and public safety organizations to expand ASAP’s reach.
- Develop and share white papers, case studies, and thought leadership pieces to promote ASAP adoption.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational goals.
Qualifications:- 5+ years in emergency communications, public safety, or emergency management, with expertise in business development targeting PSAPs or similar markets.
- Strong background in PSAP operations and Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems.
- Proven ability to establish yourself as a thought leader through industry participation and presentations.
- Proficient in Salesforce, managing sales pipelines, and tracking progress.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across the USA.
