Position: Contract Implementation Project Manager – ACI/Payments
Location: RemoteOverview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Implementation Project Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of ACI product lines into the cloud for Tier 3 US banks. In this role, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. You will be the primary liaison between our clients, their stakeholders, and the ACI solution and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead an onshore delivery team through the entire project lifecycle, ensuring the successful implementation of ACI products in the cloud.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, ACI teams, and solution consultants, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet project goals.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout the project to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to client requirements.
- Problem Solving: Proactively address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the implementation process.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in project management with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and detail in project execution.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with ACI solutions, products, and the payments industry.
- Attitude: A proactive, “can-do” attitude with a passion for bringing software live and a curious mindset.
Desired Qualifications:
- Billable Delivery Experience: Experience with billable project delivery.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Spanish (verbal and/or written) is a plus.
- Certifications: Relevant industry certifications are preferred.
