Become a key player as a Marketing Analyst:
As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Team Lead over Measurement Strategy & Planning to develop and execute the Adobe-on-Adobe roadmap, helping our organization leverage the best-in-class tools to accomplish organization goals. Your work will enable hundreds of marketers across the Digital Experience and Digital Media organizations to drive impactful results through data-driven insights and strategic measurement frameworks.

What You’ll Do:
  • Collaborate closely with the Team Lead of Measurement Strategy & Planning to execute the Adobe-on-Adobe roadmap, focusing on delivering insights that empower marketing teams across the organization.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of a measurement roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and marketing priorities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights and integrate into the larger roadmap.
  • Drive data analysis and reporting to evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, identify opportunities for optimization, and provide recommendations to improve effectiveness.
  • Support the development of dashboards and reports that communicate marketing performance and key insights to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Support the implementation of advanced measurement techniques to innovate and elevate Adobe's marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, bringing forward innovative ideas to enhance Adobe's marketing analytics capabilities.
What You Need to Succeed:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Advanced Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • A degree in Marketing, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to translate business questions into technical requirements and data-driven solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing data analysis and providing actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience presenting insights to senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics methodologies and tools, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: 
$32.00 - $35.00/hour
