SUMMARY:
The Senior Coordinator, Operations Scheduling is responsible for assisting in the fulfillment of content delivery for UPTV, UP Faith & Family, Aspire, Aspire TV+, Cine Romantico, and other VOD/linear platforms, including scheduling editors, booking graphics needs, reviewing content, and completing deliverables.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Schedule editors, graphics personnel and facilities for timely creation and preparation of all linear and non-linear content, promotional materials, advertiser-sponsored content, and digital content.
- Works closely with the Supervising Editor and Art Director to vary edit & graphics assignments to ensure proper usage and development of staff; collaborates to confirm efficient use of all facilities.
- Tracks Project Service Requests (PSRs) through Wrike project management software.
- Communicates with producers/editors/designers on booked sessions to relay all information needed for an efficient editing session.
- Distributes daily work orders and continuously updates the Wrike schedules.
- Ensures PSRs are processed in a timely fashion; sets priorities within the edit schedule to assure that revenue-generating work orders, broadcast work orders and promotional work orders are all completed on time and on budget.
- Manages reporting system to track facility usage for budgeting and efficiency purposes.
- Review all content for errors and file formatting for all platforms prior to final delivery.
- Confirm that technical specifications, including audio levels, are correct and broadcast quality.
- Complete metadata and file uploads for UP VOD, Aspire VOD, and Comcast BEX.
- Initiates and manages the cover art process for UPTV & AspireTV’s linear and VOD assets.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of network operations or post production facility experience is preferred.
SKILLS- Oral & Written Communications: Exceptional, written, and oral communication skills. Communicates well one on one, in small groups and larger presentations, including external public speaking. Writes clear, precise, well-organized documents using appropriate vocabulary, grammar, and wording.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team; experience working with cross functional teams.
- Problem Solving and Analysis: Identifies significant problems and opportunities. Analyzes problems in depth and achieves effective resolution. Determines root causes for issues and solves for them, striving for continuous improvement.
- Project Management: Develops project plans, communicates changes and progress, and manages project team activities.
- Ability to monitor resource allocation and effectiveness.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Knowledge of Premiere edit systems, Airtable and Wrike preferred.

This is a hybrid job role, with a combination of telecommuting workdays and in-office workdays.
