We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Medical Director to lead and oversee the medical operations of our thriving Medical Spa located in Lake Mary, Florida. As the Medical Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality medical services, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to the overall success and growth of our Medical Spa. Out of state candidates with a valid Florida license are being considered.
Responsibilities:
Medical Oversight:
- Provide leadership and medical expertise to ensure the highest standard of patient care in the Medical Spa.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, licensing requirements, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree with a valid Florida medical license.
- Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine).
- Proven experience in medical aesthetics, including injectables, laser treatments, and other cosmetic procedures.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both medical and non-medical staff.
- Knowledge of and commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant medical practice.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
