Become a key player as a Manufacturing Operator:
This position will be responsible for supporting production in a dynamic manufacturing cleanroom environment. Candidates must be highly innovative and enjoy working in a fast-paced and creative environment within a multi-disciplinary team. This position will be responsible for producing material and fulfilling the daily, weekly, and monthly goals of the production operations team. Along with this responsibility, they will work with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot issues with production machines and processes.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:
  • Operate and execute assigned processes
  • Work with a team of engineers and technicians to produce high-quality material at the required rates
  • Perform limited maintenance and qualification of production equipment on a daily basis
  • Perform inventory counts and verify that materials are in the correct quantities and locations
  • Engage in daily operations stand-up meetings
  • Assist technicians with the recovery of production equipment
  • Organize and accurately gather/deliver data to engineering
  • Work to maintain product quality through the use of control charts and inspection results
  • Participate in yield improvement team efforts
  • Work as needed to meet organizational production milestones
  • Extensively collect and document process-related data/procedures
​​​​​​Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:
  • High school diploma
  • AA and 1-2+ related years of experience in a technical manufacturing facility preferred
  • Hands-on mentality working in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to learn and train others on process/metrology equipment
  • Adhere to all defined Safety and Sustainability requirements and expectations and seek clarification whenever Safety and Sustainability requirements and expectations are either unknown or unclear
  • Follow established operating procedures
  • Stop and escalate problems or lack of understanding of how to proceed in real-time periods
  • Required to work various shifts as needed (primary shift will be assigned)
  • Ability to wear any PPE required to perform assigned duties safely and effectively
Pay Range:
$22.00 - $23.00/hour
