Technical Product Analyst (TPA)
Are you a passionate problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment? We're looking for a Technical Product Analyst to bridge the gap between business and technical teams, converting product and business needs into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Author user stories, features, and backlog items; provide feedback to others.
  • Act as a Product Analyst/Owner, gathering, analyzing, and developing user stories.
  • Research and document business needs and technical solutions.
  • Facilitate requirement refinement sessions with stakeholders.
  • Apply Agile/Lean principles for continuous improvement.
  • Capture current and future state process flows with product managers and business users.
  • Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, and traceable.
  • Solve business problems by defining systems solutions.
  • Proactively identify and address risks or issues.
  • Document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Manage and track requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate business needs into executable requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in data querying, reporting, and analysis.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Proficient in Azure DevOps Boards and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in Product Management and Agile project tracking.

The hourly rate range for this position is $70 -$85.Please note that the pay information is a general guideline only. CC Pace consider factors such as (but not limited to) skills, experience, education/certifications, and location when extending an offer.
