Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:Become a key player as a Migration Process Manager:
The Product Delivery team designs and deploys the systems, tools, and processes needed to migrate acquired customers and their data to the Adobe platform; our goal is to accelerate the migration journey and provide an overall exceptional experience for our internal and external customers. As a member of the Product Delivery team, you'll play a key role in the execution phase of our current initiative.- Document end-to-end workflow for new or changing processes
- Load customer data into migration tool
- Write and execute test plans and analyze results
- Report bugs and work with development team to resolve
- Use data to track progress and assess opportunities for process improvement
- Triage issues and analyze to determine next steps
- Provide internal support to stakeholders
- Lead collaborative project team meetings to drive progress
- Build strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience, working with engineering and business stakeholders
- Strong business process analysis skills
- Excellent communication and time management
- Ability to think and execute in a fast-paced environment
- Detailed oriented and thorough
- Be a self-starter that thrives on asking thoughtful questions and connecting the dots
- Working knowledge of standard software applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Acrobat)
- Experience with Lucidchart, Wiki and Jira a plus
- Knowledgeable about the subscription business model
$67.60 - $84.50/hour
