Job Responsibilities:As a customer service employee, you are jointly responsible for the entire process from order receipt to invoicing. The activities are:
- Process and enter orders in ERP system (Oracle)
- Control of price agreements
- Invoicing of delivered orders
- Maintaining contact with European customers, both by telephone and in writing
- Support of European Sales Managers and Global Product Managers
- Respond to customer requests for documentation requests in a timely manner
- Inventory planning and purchase order processing
- Act as an intermediary between customers and various internal departments
Qualifications:
You are process-oriented, and you can prioritize well. With your accurate and structured method, you help to steer the entire Sales and Order process in the right direction.
- You have at least a completed MBO education with HBO level of thinking
- Preferably at least 1 year of relevant work experience in an international environment
- Good social and communication skills and commercial attitude
- Excellent oral and written command of Dutch and English is required. German or Spanish is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Wat ga je doen?
Als customer service medewerker ben je mede verantwoordelijk voor het gehele traject van orderontvangst tot en met facturatie. De werkzaamheden zijn:
- Orders verwerken en invoeren in ERP systeem (Oracle)
- Controle van prijsafspraken
- Facturatie van geleverde orders
- Contact onderhouden met Europese klanten, zowel telefonisch als schriftelijk
- Ondersteuning van European Sales Managers en Global Product Managers
- Tijdig reageren op vragen van klanten voor documentatieverzoeken
- Voorraadplanning en inkooporderverwerking
- Fungeren als intermediair tussen klanten en verschillende interne afdelingen
Wie ben jij?
Je bent procesmatig sterk en kunt goed prioriteiten stellen. Met jouw nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkwijze help jij het gehele Sales en Order proces in goede banen te leiden.
- Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde MBO-opleiding met HBO denkniveau
- Bij voorkeur minimaal 1 jaar relevante werkervaring in een internationale omgeving
- Goede sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden en commercieel ingesteld
- Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing van Nederlandse en Engelse taal is vereist. Duits of Spaans is een pre.
- Goede kennis van Microsoft Office
