Your New Job Job Summary: The Director People Services Business Partners, will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing HR strategies to support our business objectives. This leader will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including policy implementation, process creation, leadership coaching, performance management, labor relations, workforce planning, and recruitment support. We are seeking a seasoned HR leader with demonstrated experience in guiding organizations through periods of transition and growth. Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
Policy Implementation and Process Creation:
Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with company goals.
Create streamlined HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Leadership Coaching, Change Leadership and Performance Management:
Partner with Field leadership to provide guidance and coaching on leadership development, employee engagement, and performance improvement.
Lead, implement and measure champion change initiatives. Create communication plans with stakeholder input.
Champion and support the company performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
Labor Relations and Policy Administration:
Maintain positive labor relations through effective communication, policy administration, and conflict resolution strategies.
Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures across all levels of the organization.
Talent Management:
Analyze trends in talent needs assessments, providing strategic guidance to both the PS team and Field leadership. Conduct organizational capability and capacity analyses to drive targeted development efforts.
Spearhead innovative initiatives addressing business requirements and developmental needs, ensuring a proactive approach to talent growth and succession planning.
Stay abreast of trends, best practices, and technological advancements in HR, talent management, and employment law. Apply this knowledge to communicate policy changes and resource updates to upper management.
Workforce Planning:
Collaborate with business leaders to develop workforce plans that align with strategic objectives and support organizational growth.
Analyze workforce data and trends to anticipate future staffing needs and address skill gaps.
Recruitment Support:
Partner with the recruitment team to develop accurate job descriptions, define compensation structures, and identify key competencies for successful hiring.
Conduct job scoping and compensation analysis to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with company budget and goals.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is highly desirable.
Minimum of 8-10 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in the construction or telecommunications industry.
Ability to travel within the market as needed (estimated 10-20% of the time).
Proven track record of successfully leading HR initiatives and driving organizational change.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team of HR professionals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively communicating with all levels of the organization.
Ability to analyze complex HR issues and develop practical and innovative solutions.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across departments.
