Objective Interviewing a motivated and detail-oriented college student seeking an Equipment Fleet Intern position at Congruex. Eager to apply technical, analytical, and organizational skills to help optimize fleet operations and support efficient equipment management.

Fleet & Equipment Management: Understanding of fleet scheduling, tracking, and maintenance procedures.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); basic knowledge of fleet management software.
Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Team Collaboration: Proven team player with effective interpersonal skills.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently.
Work experience to be gained/obtained from this intern position.
Research on best practices for equipment maintenance and assisted in preparing performance reports.
Collaborate with the fleet team to schedule equipment usage and streamline maintenance routines.
Support data entry and analysis using Excel, contributing to cost-saving measures.
Assist in tracking and maintaining fleet equipment data to support operational efficiency
Utilize data analytics to propose improvements in equipment scheduling and maintenance practices.
Present actionable recommendations to faculty and peers, receiving positive feedback for innovative solutions.
