Job Summary:

Create, refine, and publish multi-media content on social media and other communication channels to help attract and retain top talent. Ensure company social media presence meets brand guidelines, posts a minimum of 4 times per week, and is being tracked properly in Sprout Social. Be part of a dynamic and innovative team that leads company culture and brand strategy through People Services and Communications functions.

Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):

• ·        Enhance and edit photo and video content for various communications channels (social media, internal and external marketing)
• ·        Collaborate with the team to create graphics for various marketing materials, such as flyers and social media posts that meet brand requirements
• ·        Assist in generating ideas and draft short-form copy for social media content
• ·        Assist in ordering apparel and swag for company events and field collateral

Required Skills & Qualifications:

General

• ·        Creative, collaborative, and self-motivated
• ·        Organized with the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously
• ·        Photographic and design eye with high attention to detail
• ·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• ·        Social media content creation and account management

Technical

• ·        Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
• ·        Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva (Photoshop & InDesign preferred)
• ·        Experience with social media management software (Sprout Social preferred)
• ·        Microsoft Office Suite (Word & PPT required)

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• ·        Photography and video production
• ·        Copywriting or creative writing
