Lead Business Analyst
Position Summary
We are in search of a highly analytical and experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, monitoring, and optimizing policies and procedures, solving complex problems, and managing workflows to drive organizational success. This position requires a strategic individual who possesses exceptional problem-solving abilities and a comprehensive grasp of data analysis and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Policy and Procedure Development: Establish, implement, and monitor comprehensive policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with organizational standards.
· Problem Solving: Identify and analyze business challenges, develop innovative solutions, and implement strategic initiatives to address these issues.
· Workflow Management: Design and manage efficient workflows to optimize productivity and streamline operations across various departments.
· System Utilization and Expertise: Serve as the organizational expert in relevant business systems, ensuring their effective and efficient utilization.
· Process Improvement: Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements based on data insights and best practices to enhance overall efficiency.
· Data Governance and Compliance: Support the development of and ensure adherence to data governance policies and compliance standards to maintain high data quality and reliability.
· Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, validate, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decision-making.
· Reporting and Presentation: Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate analytical results and recommendations to key stakeholders.
· Business Insights and Recommendations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose data-driven solutions and provide actionable insights to improve processes, optimize performance, and drive growth.
- Training and Support: Provide training, support, and best practices to team members on system usage and optimization.
- IT Management: Manage contractors, including IT Managed Services, serving as primary point of contact for vendors as well as internal staff – triaging needs and service requests.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (preferred).
· 3+ years of experience in business analysis, business systems management, data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.

· Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Technical Skills
· Proficiency in business process software such as Microsoft365, Salesforce, Airtable, etc.
· Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
· Strong knowledge of databases, data modeling, and ETL processes.
