Verde Ranch RV Storage in Camp Verde, AZ is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Guest Services Associate (Part Time) to join our storage facility team. This role is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key part in delivering a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience from move-in to move-out.

The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, communicates clearly, and takes pride in maintaining an organized, well-run property.

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, customer-focused, comfortable with basic technology and point-of-sale systems, and able to work independently. Prior customer service, retail, hospitality, or property management experience is a plus.

The Guest Services Associate at Verde Ranch Storage will include, but is not limited to, showing and renting units to potential guests, customer service, fielding incoming calls, up-selling, completing payments, completing all paperwork, and making collection calls. 

• Delivers legendary service to all guests by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer. 
• Performs various administrative tasks, including answering multi-line phones, typing, computer and data entry. 
• Answers incoming guest calls, using appropriate etiquette, to book reservations or assist with existing reservations. 
• Anticipates guest and facility needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues. 
• Contributes to positive team environment by recognizing changes in associate’s morale and performance and communicating them to the manager. 
• Cleans and organizes Storage / Self-Storage Facility as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned. 
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
