Job Summary:
The Assistant Business Manager supports Business Operations by supporting daily operations, managing financial tasks, and coordinating business team activities. This role provides support in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring smooth operational processes. This position plays a critical role in communication, both internally and with external stakeholders, and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.
Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
- Prepare and review financial reports, including monthly management accounts and supporting strategic decision-making.
- Track and analyze costs, identifying areas for potential savings, and ensuring adherence to budget guidelines.
- Support all P&L related line items for company product
- Contribute to new product ideas/strategy and business forecasts
- Support the creation and delivery of product and solution presentations to customer and internal teams
- Assists with financial accounting processes, including accruals, expenses, and reconciliations.
- Helps to identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Identifies and implements improvements to operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supports project management activities, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinates with external vendors for various operational needs.
- Supports general office administration, including facilities management and inventory control
- Assists with departmental budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
General
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of related experience with business management, finance or related roles
- General understanding of finance or accounting principles
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Extremely organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to be flexible, take direction with ease, including changes to schedule and workflow priorities.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, including MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint),
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with various stakeholders

- Organizational skills, time management, strategic thinking, and a risk-oriented mindset are also valuable
- Critical thinking skills: make assessments and provide solutions to problems.
