ABOUT THE ROLE
Inc. & Fast Company is seeking a highly motivated Freelance Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive membership growth across our membership programs.
This role will require weekly in-office presence on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at our corporate office at 7 World Trade Center, New York, NY. This is a 3-month contract position.
This role offers a $25.00 per hour base rate, plus the opportunity to earn performance-based commission of up to $5,000 per month. Commission is variable, based on individual results, and governed by the commission structure in your contract.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Reach out to prospective members via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Learn how to research, qualify, and engage senior business leaders
- Book and prepare qualified sales calls for the membership team
- Track outreach and results using sales tools and CRM system
- Receive regular coaching, feedback, and performance support

- 0–2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles

- Comfortable learning new tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems
