Huron Law Group PLLC is an established and rapidly growing national debt relief law firm focused on providing cost-effective legal representation to consumers. Our firm is currently seeking an enthusiastic and personable attorney, licensed in GA, OH, SC, or VA, to provide Debt Resolution services in a resource capacity, working alongside primary state attorneys. This is a permanent, full-time position with opportunities for advancement within the firm.

Responsibilities will include providing legal assistance as needed, handling telephone consultations during peak business hours (8:00 am – 2:00 pm EST) in high-volume states, overseeing settlements, and conducting file reviews. This role will require a significant amount of time on the phone with clients to ensure they fully understand the debt resolution process. As such, ideal candidates should be upbeat, engaging, patient, and comfortable managing a high volume of client interaction and customer service. Adaptability is also essential, as consultation services are often required on short notice.

This position is fully remote, allowing the attorney to telecommute from a designated remote workspace. Accordingly, candidates must be comfortable with using computers and basic software.

Annual salary is commensurate with experience and includes paid time off, 10 paid holidays, payment of bar dues and continuing legal education, yearly reviews with raises up to 5% per year, and discretionary bonuses. Qualifications:

- Licensed and in good standing with the relevant state bar.

- Experience in consumer debt defense and/or collections is preferred.

Experience:

· debtor / creditor / bankruptcy: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

· license to practice law in the state of Georgia, Ohio, South Carolina, or Virginia (Required)
