A top client in the corporate wellness/healthcare services space is searching for an experienced Customer Growth Executive (CGE). As the CGE, you are responsible for driving revenue growth within an assigned portfolio of existing clients. This role blends account management, consultative selling, and strategic relationship development to expand product and service adoption, strengthen partnerships, and uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in B2B sales and account management, particularly within the healthcare, wellness, or benefits space, and has a consistent history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through consultative, value-based selling.
As the Customer Growth Executive, you will:
- Develop and execute strategic account growth plans to expand adoption of products and services within existing client portfolios
- Identify, qualify, and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities across multiple lines of business
- Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through consultative selling and relationship management
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasts, and account documentation within CRM systems
- Prepare and deliver regular performance and growth reports
- Partner cross-functionally with account management, marketing, operations, product, and finance teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Communicate client needs, feedback, and market insights to support product development and go-to-market strategy
- Represent the organization in client meetings, finalist presentations, and industry events as needed
Core Duties
- Maintain deep knowledge of company products, services, value proposition, and processes
- Qualify all expansion opportunities within assigned accounts
- Deliver solution demonstrations and presentations to clients and partners
- Create tailored proposals aligned to client needs and business objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to support account expansion and implementation success
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to track activity, proposals, communications, and deal progress
- Support onboarding and training of new or junior team members as needed
- Attend virtual and on-site meetings, conferences, and industry events as required
To be successful in the role, you must possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in B2B account growth, cross-selling, or upselling, ideally within healthcare, wellness, or benefits services
- 5+ years of experience selling to brokers or channel partners within the healthcare or wellness ecosystem
- Proven success meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets
- Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Highly organized, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness and ability to travel nationally as required; valid driver’s license required
