GRT Financial is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team as a Sourcer. In this role, you will support recruitment efforts by sourcing qualified candidates and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the TA department.

 

What You’ll Do

 

Candidate Sourcing

  • Utilize various sourcing techniques (including online sourcing, networking, social media, etc.) to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Screen résumés and conduct initial assessments to determine candidate fit for specific roles.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future opportunities.

 

Administrative Support

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of job postings across multiple platforms.
  • Manage candidate databases and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to recruitment activities, as needed.

 

Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.

 

Collaborative Partnership

  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field with one (1) year of experience, or five (5) years of proven experience in sourcing and recruiting (in-house or agency) in lieu of a degree.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
