Software Quality Engineer

Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:

• Work on black-box testing of Adobe Premiere video editing application
• Create automation scripts and tests that can be run within the existing automation system
• Test features related to playback and export performance
• Test features on Windows and Mac platforms
• Work on ensuring the highest quality, performance and scalability
• Collaborate with global teams on a regular basis

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years' experience in Software Engineering with 3+ years working on automation and black-box testing
• Strong knowledge of black-box testing methodologies on Mac or Windows
• Strong knowledge of python or other scripting language
• Experience testing video applications
• Strong working knowledge and test experience with CUDA, Metal and/or OpenCL and video processing pipelines
• Experience working with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins or TeamCity will be a plus
• Experience working in an Agile sprint-based development environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working in a global environment
• Ability to think creatively to solve complex problems

Pay Range: 
$72.00 - $80.98/hour
