Wego Chemical Group LP is looking for an Assistant Controller to Prepare consolidated financial statements for external stakeholders, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and government filings; oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close procedures, ensuring timely, efficient, and accurate financial reporting for internal management. This position is based in Great Neck, New York.
Required: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance/Commerce, Accounting or Business Analytics and 7 years of experience in supply chain finance in manufacturing, wholesale, or retail. In addition, the following specific skills are required:

Certified Public Accountant License

7 years (5 w/ Master’s Degree) of experience with Oracle, SQL, Tableau and PowerBi;

7 years (5 w/ Master’s Degree) of experience analyzing and presenting data, insights, and recommendations to leadership;

7 years (5 w/ Master’s Degree) of experience overseeing internal accountants and auditors;
-
7 years (5 w/ Master’s Degree) of experience with international, multi-entity, and multi-currency operations;

7 years (5 w/ Master’s Degree) of experience in informal, accessible, and collaborative small-team environments;

7 years (5 w/ Master’s Degree) of experience in transactional accounting.

3 years (3 w/ Master’s Degree) of experience managing company borrowing needs and investment funds;
