We are seeking a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Intern to support our Marketing team in strengthening our digital presence, optimizing campaigns, and increasing brand awareness. This internship is ideal for a student or recent graduate who is passionate about digital marketing strategy, analytics, and content-driven campaigns. The intern will gain hands-on experience in campaign development, performance measurement, and emerging digital marketing trends, while working in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. The role requires a professional committed to teamwork and success by embracing and living our core values of Persistence, Integrity, Trust, Accountability and Prudence.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, including drafting content, scheduling, and analyzing performance metrics
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, SEO/SEM best practices, and audience behavior
  • Track and report on digital marketing performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and Meta Business Suite
  • Support for data management and digital marketing activities within HubSpot to ensure accurate records and effective campaign execution
  • Assist with paid digital campaigns, including social media advertising and Google Ads
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing initiatives with broader organizational goals
  • Help optimize content and campaigns based on data insights and performance trends
  • Prepare and deliver a final presentation summarizing internship contributions, skills developed, and professional growth
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

 FINAL PRESENTATION REQUIREMENT

To wrap up your internship experience at MCP, you’ll have the opportunity to create a final presentation highlighting one of the major projects you worked on. This is your chance to showcase what you learned, your role on the project, the contributions you made, challenges you tackled, and the impact your work had. The presentation is designed to highlight your technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and how your efforts helped drive the project’s success.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles, including email marketing, analytics, and paid media
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms and reporting metrics is preferred
  • Experience with digital marketing tools or platforms is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively
  • Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection to support virtual collaboration and video conferencing
