We’re looking for dependable, safety‑driven individuals to join our Rail Operations team as Rail Load Processors — a position that plays a critical part in keeping our logistics network running smoothly every single day.

What You’ll Do

You’ll take on essential, physical, fast‑paced work that directly impacts the flow of freight nationwide. In this role, you will:

  • Prepare railcars for shipment by opening and closing doors, setting bridge plates, clearing debris, chocking vehicles, and replacing chocks

  • Load and unload vehicles onto railcars while meeting strict company quality standards

  • Ensure vehicles are properly spaced, secured, and compliant with customer requirements

  • Maintain buck loaders and ramps, including lubricating railcars, applying graphite to door tracks, and caring for moving mechanical components

  • Conduct monthly inspections on bridge plates and complete painting or maintenance as required

This work is challenging, but for those who take pride in precision, teamwork, and responsibility, it’s deeply rewarding.

What You’ll Need

  • Previous rail department or mechanical experience preferred

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Physically able to safely lift 50 lbs. at shoulder level

  • Ability to work within confined spaces inside railcars

  • Comfortable working at heights up to 20 feet

  • Able to bend, reach, twist, climb ladders, and work overhead

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Willingness to work outdoors year‑round

  • Commitment to following all safety policies and procedures

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

  • A fast‑paced, active role — no desk, no monotony

  • A supportive team culture where communication and safety come first

  • Opportunities to learn multiple areas of rail operations and grow your skill set

  • A company that values reliability, teamwork, and long‑term development
