Job Summary: 

The Project Manager Intern will support the administrative and operational aspects of projects within Congruex. This internship provides hands-on experience in project coordination, documentation management, financial tracking, and stakeholder communication. The intern will work closely with the Project Sponsor and cross-functional teams to help ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

This role is ideal for a college student or recent graduate seeking practical experience in project management within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities: 

·        Assist in organizing and maintaining project-related documents including contracts, change orders, schedules, and reports.

·        Help maintain project timelines and milestone trackers.

·        Monitor deadlines and follow up with team members on outstanding deliverables.

·        Support communication efforts by distributing updates and coordinating meetings.

·        Assist in compiling status reports for internal and external stakeholders.

·        Help ensure alignment across departments through consistent information sharing.

·        Help monitor project budgets and flag potential discrepancies.

·        Support coordination with finance and vendors to ensure timely processing.

·        Support documentation of issues and resolutions for future reference.

·        Support efforts to ensure project documentation meets company and regulatory standards.

·        Assist in preparing project status updates and performance reports.

·        Help gather data and materials for leadership presentations.

·        Identify opportunities to improve organization, reporting, or workflow processes.

·        Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for increased efficiency.

·        Learn and apply project management best practices under mentorship.

Qualifications: 

·        Current University Student

·        Project Management or related Major

·        Strong organizational and time management skills

·        Interest in technology, business process, and problem-solving

·        Good analytical skills & communication skills

·        Logical, methodical approach to problem solving

·        Willingness to learn and take initiative

·        Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

·        Basic understanding of budgeting and financial concepts

 

Preferred Skills: 

·        Exposure to project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, etc.)

·        Interest in telecom, construction, infrastructure, or engineering industries

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
