We are hiring a Product Line Manager – ESP Enhancement to serve as the end-to-end owner of key Artificial Lift product lines within our ESP enhancement portfolio.

This is a true Product Line Owner with accountability for commercial success, margin performance, field reliability, and full lifecycle execution of assigned products.

What You’ll Own

  • Full lifecycle ownership of assigned ESP enhancement product lines—from concept through end-of-life
  • Product strategy, multi-year roadmaps, and investment prioritization
  • New Product Introductions (NPI) from concept through commercialization
  • Pricing strategy, gross profit performance, and margin discipline
  • Field performance, reliability outcomes, and warranty exposure
  • Cross-functional execution across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Sales

  • VORT-X Product Line
  • ESP GAS tool

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
  • 10+ years of experience in Artificial Lift engineering, manufacturing, operations, or product leadership
  • Demonstrated ownership of a product line with accountability for commercial results
  • Strong working knowledge of ESP, rod lift, gas lift, and Artificial Lift systems
  • Proven success launching oilfield technologies from concept to commercial scale
  • Strong business judgment with the ability to balance technical, commercial, and operational tradeoffs
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Combination of office, manufacturing, and field environments
  • Ability to travel to manufacturing facilities and customer field locations
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as required in field environments
