SharePoint & Content Operations Specialist
About This Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented SharePoint & Content Operations Specialist to join our client's team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support with a focus on SharePoint content management, reporting, document authoring, and data accuracy initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on organizational efficiency and information management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and populate SharePoint Communities of Practice (COP) sites, ensuring accurate and well-organized content that supports organizational knowledge sharing
- Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms within SharePoint to support tracking and operational needs across the organization
- Author high-volume correspondence in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including the creation of over 1,000 individualized letters in accordance with established templates and standards
- Perform address validation and data verification to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity across all operational systems
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with SharePoint and enterprise content management systems
- Experience with document and letter authoring in AEM or similar platforms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks accurately
- Effective organizational and written communication skills
Desired Skills
- Advanced proficiency with SharePoint administration and customization
- Experience with data validation tools and quality assurance processes
- Familiarity with additional content management platforms or enterprise systems
- Project coordination or process improvement experience
