About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for delivering exceptional, customized recruitment services to assigned clients. Combining recruitment expertise with a consultative approach, the Talent Acquisition Consultant enhances hiring processes, improves workforce planning, and ensures seamless project execution. This is a contract position that is fully remote within New York State.

Responsibilities

Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO):

  • Provide exceptional and individualized services for all assigned RPO clients.
  • Implement and advise clients on best practices for full life cycle recruiting activities, including ATS management, external job postings, job descriptions, interviewing, reference checks, and offer process.
  • Participate in client intake calls and develop and follow a hiring strategy to achieve client hiring goals. 
  • Schedule candidate interviews (remote and in-person), in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and prepare detailed candidate overviews for clients based on findings
  • Develop and manage reporting for client talent acquisition projects.
  • Post and monitor job postings on client ATS and job boards, screen resumes, and contact candidates for phone interviews. 
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and hiring managers, providing necessary  updates and reminders.
  • Keep candidates informed of their application status, including sending standard declinations as appropriate.
  • Input and maintain accurate candidate data in client ATS for tracking and reporting
  • Facilitate and/or participate in regular status meetings with the project team and client.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of client’s business, organization, and objectives. Stay up to date on industry trends relevant to the client.
  • Lead intake calls at the start of projects with client leadership teams; onboard new clients and communicate all necessary details to internal teams for seamless execution.
  • In partnership with VP of Talent Services and project lead, map out scope of work for client engagements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience working in full life cycle recruitment with an emphasis on client facing duties.
  • Operates independently, exercising discretion and judgement with client and candidate interactions and decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Exhibits exceptional emotional intelligence, professional presence, confidentiality and judgement in all interactions.

  • Microsoft Office Suite experience (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Compensation: $26.07-$31.87 per hour
