Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Frame Inventory Clerk manage the day-to-day handling of our rental frame inventory. This position is responsible for preparing frames for rental, checking frames in and out, assembling and disassembling frame systems, testing frame setups, verifying graphic fit, and working closely with our finishing department to ensure all rental orders are accurate, complete, and ready on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble and disassemble B-Matrix rental frames
  • Check rental frames in and out before and after each job
  • Inspect frames for damage, missing parts, and overall condition
  • Set up and test frame configurations to ensure proper fit and function
  • Test-fit graphics to confirm sizing, alignment, and final presentation
  • Work closely with the finishing department to coordinate graphics and final prep
  • Maintain organization and accuracy of rental inventory
  • Track frame components, hardware, and accessories to ensure complete rental kits
  • Clean, sort, and prepare returned frames for future use
  • Report damaged or missing items and help coordinate repairs or replacements
  • Support warehouse and production teams with rental-related projects as needed
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area

Qualifications

  • Experience with frame systems, exhibit hardware, signage, or related assembly work preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage inventory accurately and consistently
  • Comfortable using hand tools and working with modular frame systems
  • Able to lift, move, and organize frame components and graphics materials
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work with multiple departments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with rental inventory management
  • Experience working with printed graphics, displays, or exhibit systems
  • Familiarity with quality control and final inspection processes
  • Ability to identify fit, finish, and assembly issues before delivery

Work Environment
This position involves hands-on warehouse and production work, including frame assembly, testing, lifting, and coordination with finishing and production teams.

Schedule : 

Monday thru Friday and weekends if needed from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Pay Range
$18.00   Hourly to $20.00   Hourly
