Our teams focus on precision, innovation, and continuous improvement as we develop automation and manufacturing solutions for customers around the world.

We are looking for an Electrical Assembler II to join our team in Pennsauken, NJ. This role plays an important part in building and integrating the electrical systems that power our precision manufacturing equipment.

This position is ideal for someone with strong electrical assembly experience who enjoys working hands-on with complex equipment and collaborating with engineering and mechanical teams to bring machines to life.

What You'll Do

  • Assemble and wire electrical control panels using engineering schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Install electrical components including drives, PLCs, relays, terminal blocks, sensors, and power distribution components
  • Route and secure wiring harnesses within equipment
  • Perform point-to-point wiring, labeling, and electrical integration
  • Conduct electrical continuity checks and basic functional testing
  • Support engineering teams during machine startup and debug
  • Document wiring changes and build progress
  • Maintain an organized and safe workspace following 5S practices
  • Assist in cross-training efforts across the assembly team

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of electrical assembly experience in a manufacturing or machine-building environment
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Experience wiring control panels and installing electrical components
  • Familiarity with PLC-controlled systems preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and wiring accuracy
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

Electrical technician, electrician, or electrical maintenance backgrounds often translate well to this role.

Compensation Range

$24.79 – $34.70

Actual compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.

Physical Requirements

  • Lift 30–50 pounds regularly
  • Stand for extended periods while performing assembly work
  • Perform detailed assembly requiring strong manual dexterity
