This is your chance to own the purchasing process, drive results, and support the production of life-changing medical technology.
๐ง What You'll Do: You'll partner across teams and with vendors to ensure our production line stays stocked and unstoppable. Your days will include:
๐ฆ Vendor Management
- Source and qualify new suppliers
- Negotiate costs and contracts
- Track vendor performance and delivery timelines
๐งพ Purchasing & Inventory
- Execute POs, manage costs, and reconcile invoices
- Keep ERP (Business Central) updated and clean
- Reduce backorders and support cost savings projects
๐ Production Support
- Work hand-in-hand with Planning to meet demand
- Run shortage reports and track delivery statuses
- Support a just-in-time inventory flow
๐ง What You Bring
๐ฏ Experience: 5+ years in a Buyer or Purchasing role (manufacturing preferred)
๐ฅ๏ธ Tech-Savvy: Business Central ERP and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
๐ Detail-Oriented: You catch what others miss
๐ Education: Degree in Business or Supply Chain preferred
๐ฌ Communication: Clear, professional, and collaborative
