Identity Management Specialist
About This Role
Our client is seeking an Identity Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage user and application provisioning lifecycles, support Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) systems, and work to optimize identity management processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage user provisioning lifecycle and application provisioning activities
- Provide hands-on support and administration of IGA systems
- Work independently with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Interact professionally with personnel at all levels, including mid-level and executive leadership
- Analyze and identify inefficient or cumbersome operations and business processes
- Collaborate with existing teams to propose and implement process improvements
- Review and optimize existing workflows for streamlined operations
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Identity Management
- Hands-on experience with an IGA system such as Saviynt IGA or SailPoint
- Strong customer service skills with experience in direct interaction with diverse personnel
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain high accuracy standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) experience
- Strong automation skills including PowerShell scripting, PEGA, or similar scripting products
- Mainframe/RACF and DB2 experience
- Active Directory/LDS or similar LDAP experience
- Remote Access Management experience such as RSA SecurID, VPN, or Citrix
- Experience with data reporting and metric tools such as Microsoft Power BI
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar request ticketing systems
