Huron Law Group is an established and rapidly growing national debt defense law firm focused on providing cost-effective legal representation to consumers. Our firm is currently seeking a remote, full-time attorney, licensed in the state of California, to provide representation and limited-scope legal assistance to consumer clients involved in debt collection lawsuits.

- Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
- At least 5 years of prior civil litigation experience
- Experience in high-volume consumer debt defense and/or collections preferred
Key Accountabilities:
- Responsibilities will include representing and defending clients in collection cases initiated by original creditors or debt buyers and, for clients who engage the firm in a narrower capacity, providing limited-scope legal assistance, including reviewing and editing pro se answer drafts prepared by the firm’s paralegals.
- This position will rarely require complex litigation and/or attendance at final hearings, as clients are enrolled in a debt resolution program, and typically desire to settle through voluntary payment arrangements with the creditors. Where in-person attendance at a hearing becomes necessary, local hearing attorneys may be utilized.

- $115,000.00 Annually to $115,000.00 Annually
