Become a Key Player as an Ecommerce Strategy and Insights Manager
You will help the client drive digital revenue growth by translating data into operational priorities and measurable outcomes. You will influence promotional strategy, conversion, and retention efforts and partner with cross-functional stakeholders across analytics, marketing, and operations. This is a Hybrid role.
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
- Analyze performance of strategic initiatives, build trackers, synthesize results, and surface actionable insights to inform decisions
- Develop clear readouts and reports that translate complex data into digestible narratives for stakeholders at multiple levels
- Provide ongoing visibility into core business metrics and present updates in regular run-the-business meetings
- Support development of business cases and investment sizing using internal data and benchmarks
- Manage operational workstreams including event tracking oversight, long-term trend monitoring, calendar communications, and deadline management
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- BS/BA with 3–6 years of experience in finance, analytics, marketing operations, or business operations, ideally within SaaS or e-commerce
- Strong analytical instincts and experience working with structured and unstructured data to generate business insights
- Experience building and maintaining performance trackers, dashboards, or reporting frameworks (familiarity with tools such as Claude, Tableau, PowerBI, or equivalent)
- Proficiency with SQL for ad hoc data extraction and analysis; comfort working with large datasets across multiple sources
- Experience with web analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to present findings to cross-functional partners and leadership
- Highly organized and operationally rigorous; ability to manage multiple workstreams and keep stakeholders aligned
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and drive to get things done
