This role is primarily Onsite and will collaborate across teams to ship end-to-end systems.
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

- Implement agentic workflows to automate triage, context collection, summarization, and next-step recommendations using tool-calling/orchestration frameworks
- Deliver production-grade systems: APIs, event-driven processing, retries/idempotency, rate limiting, and robust error handling
- Add and maintain observability for automation health (logs, metrics, dashboards, alerts) and iterate to improve reliability
- Communicate with users and partner teams via documentation, demos, and concise status updates; iterate quickly based on feedback
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- Strong hands-on coding experience in Java, Python, or Go with a track record of shipping production services/integrations
- Strong API development skills (REST/gRPC, versioning, authn/authz, documentation, backward compatibility)
- Solid understanding of system architecture: service boundaries, data flows, scalability, resilience, and operational tradeoffs
- Fundamentals in distributed systems, debugging, operational readiness, and building maintainable code
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts and collaborate across teams
- Proactive ownership mindset and the ability to drive tasks to completion
- 8-10 years of relevant experience
