Become a Key Player as a B2B Education GTM Manager
You will lead go-to-market strategy and execution for the B2B education segment, influencing product, sales, finance, operations, and partner teams to drive measurable growth. You will work cross-functionally and globally to design channel incentives, enablement, and reporting that scale adoption and pipeline. This role can be performed onsite or remotely (open to remote candidates; preference for EST or CST availability).
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
- Drive field execution of go-to-market strategies by aligning cross-functional teams and enabling partners to accelerate growth
- Identify opportunities for new growth and own end-to-end rollout of key initiatives
- Act as a GTM overlay to support team members in managing program progress and removing blockers
- Partner with Channel/Reseller Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product to deliver quarterly and annual sales goals
- Develop high-impact content for channel partners, including enablement materials, messaging frameworks, and call scripts
- Design and manage channel incentives and pricing models to drive partner performance
- Engage regional and country leaders to localize GTM strategy and implementation
- Own tracking, metrics, and reporting for the business segment and performance management
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- BS/BA and 5–7+ years in marketing, software, high tech, or management consulting
- Proven leadership of cross-functional B2B teams driving impactful business initiatives
- Deep knowledge of B2B and channel GTM practices
- Strong problem-solving, strategic decision-making, and data-backed advocacy skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across global stakeholders
- Highly organized with program management capabilities
- High AI literacy and comfort with AI-forward workflows
- Willingness to attend regular meetings outside standard 9–5 to coordinate across time zones
