Become a Key Player as a Cell Technician - 2nd Shift
You will perform assembly and test functions that directly support production quality and delivery for the team. In this onsite 2nd shift role (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM), you will work closely with supervision and fellow technicians to meet production requirements and maintain safety and quality standards.
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
- Perform a variety of approved assembly techniques and follow established procedures
- Read, interpret, and apply assembly drawings, procedures, and instructions
- Operate test equipment, verify calibrations, and conduct test audits
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tooling as directed
- Make adjustments to correct irregular or non-conforming assemblies
- Assist and instruct others in daily activities as needed
- Maintain organized, clean, and FOD-free work areas
- Follow safety rules and participate in quality and safety processes
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- High school diploma or GED
- US Person status
- Ability to read, write, and understand instructions, procedures, and drawings
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Manual dexterity and willingness to learn
- Ability to maintain satisfactory performance while following procedures and safety requirements
