Become a Key Player as a Cell Technician - 1st Shift
You will join the production team responsible for assembly and test functions that ensure components meet customer specifications. Your work directly affects product quality, safety, and on-time delivery while collaborating with supervision and cross-functional teammates. Onsite, 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM).
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
- Perform approved assembly techniques on mechanical components
- Read, interpret, and follow assembly drawings, procedures, and instructions
- Operate and verify calibration of required test equipment and conduct test audits
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tooling as directed
- Make adjustments to correct irregular or non-conforming assemblies
- Assist and instruct teammates as needed to meet production requirements
- Maintain organized, clean, and FOD-free work areas while observing safety rules
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- High school diploma or GED
- US Person status
- Ability to read, write, and understand instructions, procedures, and drawings
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as a team member
- Manual dexterity and willingness to learn

- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
Pay Range
$11.86 - $14.82/hour
