Become a Key Player as a Sales Representative 2

You will execute transactional sales motions to protect run-rate revenue and accelerate deal execution for the Substance 3D offering on behalf of the client. You will partner closely with specialist sellers, customer success, and solution consultants to maintain operational rigor and ensure clean handoffs. Onsite in Austin, TX, you will support day-to-day transactional activity and escalation workflows.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

  • Own and execute transactional sales motions across new business, add-ons, expansions, renewals, and true-ups under the USD 50K threshold
  • Manage non-strategic renewals and incremental expansions, ensuring continuity of customer access and revenue protection
  • Drive timely opportunity progression, execute approved pricing and deal structures, and maintain quoting/order accuracy
  • Maintain deal hygiene: opportunity accuracy, forecasting discipline, and CRM data integrity
  • Provide transactional forecasting inputs and contribute to run-rate reporting
  • Collaborate with Substance Specialists, Customer Success Managers, and Solution Consultants to align transactional activity with broader account strategies
  • Identify and escalate out-of-scope or complex deals to the appropriate Specialist owner

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success
  • Proven ability to manage multiple transactional deals concurrently with accuracy and urgency
  • Strong understanding of renewals, expansions, license management, and transactional sales motions
  • Excellent communication skills for customer conversations about pricing, renewals, and contract execution
  • Attention to detail and ability to operate within structured sales processes and escalation models

Pay Range

$19.39 - $24.23/hour
