Description

Our client is seeking an experienced programmer with strong research, analytical, and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve programming bugs within our mainframe environment. The ideal candidate will bring a solid mainframe background and support experience with the following technical skill sets:

• COBOL
• CICS
• DB2
• JCL

FIS/Systematics Core Banking application knowledge and background will be a plus.

Important Note: This position requires mandatory rotational on-call support for nightly batch processing following an initial training period. The on-call rotation spans one full week and occurs every 10 weeks. During the initial training and hands-on experience phase, you will work alongside a team member to support lower environments.
