Become a Key Player as a Manufacturing Engineering Technician III
You will drive fabrication and equipment solutions that improve manufacturing capability and sustain operational growth. You will partner with operations, facilities, and equipment maintenance stakeholders to design, build, and maintain production tools and systems. This is an onsite role working standard first-shift hours (M–F; flexible 6am–4:30pm shift windows).
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
- Select, build, fabricate, and order parts to take engineering concepts from idea through completion
- Create, upgrade, monitor, and maintain complex production tools, equipment, and limited infrastructure
- Improve fabrication processes and tooling to support manufacturing and supply chain growth
- Participate in introduction of new products to manufacturing and supply chain environments
- Diagnose equipment issues, read and create schematics/blueprints, and execute repairs or improvements
- Work within standardized procedures, safety policies, and timelines to meet objectives and deadlines
- Provide support to facilities and equipment maintenance functions as needed
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- 5–7 years of relevant hands-on manufacturing/fabrication experience
- Advanced fabrication and assembly skills, including MIG/TIG welding and sheet metal work
- Experience with pneumatic systems and use of test equipment
- Advanced knowledge of industrial systems: electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and high-pressure compressed gas
- Ability to read, follow, and create technical schematics, blueprints, and documentation
- Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent experience; vocational training or apprenticeship preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to create and maintain project timelines, priorities, and goals
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills; consistent, punctual attendance and ability to work variable hours when required

Pay Range
$38.00 - $40.00/hour
