Become a Key Player as a Production Assembler 1

You will help the team build and test electromechanical assemblies that keep production on schedule and meet quality standards. You will work primarily onsite on a first shift schedule (M–Th, 5:00 am–3:30 pm), collaborating with the production team and supervisors to ensure parts are assembled correctly and safely. Your attention to detail will directly impact product quality and throughput.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

  • Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly of small parts and components following written instructions and procedures
  • Review shop traveler/route cards or simple schematics to confirm correct sequence of operations
  • Position very small parts under a binocular microscope using tweezers or fixtures
  • Adjust, bend, align, and solder fine wires and attach components
  • Bond or seal parts with epoxies and perform in-process testing
  • Follow all safety policies and maintain consistent, punctual attendance
  • Take on other assigned tasks to support production goals

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

  • 1–2 years of relevant assembly or manufacturing experience
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to identify and address issues
  • Ability and willingness to learn new tasks and processes quickly
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational training or apprenticeship experience is a plus
  • Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity for working with small parts
  • Ability to operate hand tools and light machinery
  • Basic math skills and ability to read safety rules, operating/manufacturing instructions, policies, and procedures
  • Reliable attendance and flexibility to work nights/weekends or additional hours as needed
