Become a Key Player as a Production Assembler 1
You will perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly to support production goals, ensuring components meet quality and safety standards. You will work primarily onsite on a 2nd shift schedule (M-Th | 3:30pm – 2:00am) and collaborate with the production team and supervisors to meet throughput and compliance expectations. Your work directly affects product build accuracy and on-time delivery.
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
- Perform routine assembly of small parts and components following defined instructions and procedures
- Review shop traveler/route cards or simple schematics to confirm sequence of operations
- Position tiny parts under a binocular microscope and use tweezers or fixtures for precise placement
- Adjust, bend, align, and solder fine wires to resistors and base parts
- Bond or seal assemblies with epoxies and operate heating elements or ovens as required
- Conduct in-process testing and demonstrate adherence to safety policies and procedures
- Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; adapt to variable schedules including nights/weekends or additional hours as necessary
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- 1–2 years of relevant mechanical or assembly experience
- Ability to read and understand English, process instructions, and interpret drawings/blueprints
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (secondary certificate) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Vocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent experience in a related field
- Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity for working with small parts
- Ability to operate hand tools and light machinery
- Basic math skills and problem-solving using established procedures
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Pay Range
$22.00 ($20/base + 10% shift diff)
